Have you got experience working on HVAC, Mechanical equipment or PLCs? Have you got supervisory or management experience? This family-owned company are market leaders where they supply food solutions to the retail and food service sectors. They have an excellent reputation within the industry and are known to look after their staff. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Maintenance Manager who will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth. In this role you will lead, manage and mentor a team of 7 from Millwrights, Electricians and a Maintenance Coordinator. You will take ownership of the reactive maintenance and planned maintenance schedules, focusing on production equipment and documentation. This role would ideally suit a Maintenance Manager who has worked on HVAC, Mechanical equipment or PLCs, who is looking to join a family-owned company where you will work in a technically challenging role.
