Responsible For Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow. Ensure all solutions and workflow are aligned to any one of ServiceNow modules (CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops) best practices. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions. Stay up to date with ServiceNow technology and best practices. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals. Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements. Lead and manage ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. Additional Requirements Experience with a variety of systems integrations such as REST and JSON.
