Be part of something great and feel the impact you make on the community you live in. We are currently recruiting for a Superintendent for projects throughout New Brunswick. Reporting to the Regional Director, the Superintendent provides leadership in organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all worksite functions and activities necessary to meet project objectives. Your role includes bidding, planning, and directing daily operations on-site. Along with your project team, you will be given control of your project to deliver it on time while keeping your client engaged and informed throughout. Capture critical items such as work being completed and onsite progress photos Ensure site safety meets Lindsay Construction policy and legislated requirements Preserve client satisfaction through regular communication and timely responses to inquiries Provide leadership to the project team on all aspects of the project Work cooperatively with other project team members, trades workers and subcontractors Job Requirements Our ideal candidate has the following: 5 years or more in a field supervisory role of medium-sized commercial construction projects Proficient in coordinating on-site operations, including interpretation and implementation of drawings and specifications Ability to work with Lindsay Construction trades employees and subcontractors Able to communicate in an effective way to all stakeholders Experience with design-build, tilt-up, and wood framing is an asset Journeyman’s classification in a skilled trade is an asset Must have a valid driver’s license Apply for This Job
