The role of the Senior Ground Transportation - Customer Experience Partner is to take full responsibility for the customer experience by managing the end-to-end intermodal cycle for customers with high volume or complexity in compliance with all company procedures and regulatory requirements. As a key player in our Ground Transportation CX team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations, from origin to destination. Your primary focus will be on optimizing our customer cost, managing logistics, and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Ensure smooth execution of shipment lifecycle by working closely with customers and internal support groups to achieve customer satisfaction goals through proactive and/or reactive issue resolution ownership.Manage accounts with high business impact in terms of volume and/or revenue and high complexity.Resolve customer queries/issues in collaboration with the ground operations team.Proactively prevent service failures and collaborate with stakeholders to implement countermeasures when necessary.Identify the root cause when targets are not met and implement solutions by working closely with stakeholders.Build rapport with and manage customer relations.Understand and be familiar with KPIs and act in line with set targets.Drive continuous improvements to remove waste and lower costs for both internal and external stakeholders.Always perform in a manner consistent with and loyal to the A.P. Moller – Maersk values.We are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field3+ years of experience in ground transportation, logistics, or a related fieldExperience in customer serviceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creativelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with transportation management systems (TMS) and/or logistics software is an assetCompany Benefits:MedicalDentalVisionRRSP Matching PlansEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffFlexible Work Schedules (when possible)And more!Pay Range: $70,000 - $75,000 CAD**The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
