Pursuing a career as a Product Manager, Domestic Payment Solutions means providing advisory support to product managers and various distribution channels in the Business sector to recommend winning solutions for clients. It also involves listening to our different internal partners and clients to understand their needs and contribute to increasing the sector's NPS.Your role:Establish clear, concise, and effective documentation and keep the procedures and policies of cash management products up to date (SharePoint, IPs, BNC.ca, Intranet, user guides, video capsules).Identify, prioritize, and control risks related to your products through in-depth risk analyses conducted with risk partners and by recommending and monitoring mitigation plans.Know and understand the end-to-end processes to develop tools and work processes aimed at improving the client and employee experience.Collaborate with other sectors and sales force representatives to deliver various initiatives and projects aimed at developing and/or improving our products and processes.Keep an updated watch on competitors' practices and pricing.Analyze data to draw relevant conclusions and guide the team's efforts accordingly to contribute to the Bank's targets.Be available as an expert to answer questions from EM.Your team:Within the sector, you are part of a team of 5 colleagues and report to the Senior Director of Domestic Payment Solutions.We aim to offer you maximum flexibility in your work to promote your quality of life. This includes hybrid work at the office and remotely, flexible work hours to balance professional and personal life, and flexible leave at times that matter.Prerequisites:Bachelor's degree related to the field and five years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the field and three years of relevant experience OR University certificate and seven years of relevant experience.Knowledge of business products and the cash management environment (SBI-E, SBI-Mobile, Interac Transfers, TFC, TFE, EDI Statements and Payments, Account Collection).Knowledge of risk management principles.Experience in project management and delivery.Analytical, critical thinking, agility, and rigor.Excellent communication skills.Excellent mastery of the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio is a plus).
