That’s why we need your expertise and passion to complete our team!The role we are offering you:By joining our financial systems team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our financial systems and finance processes, working directly for the financial systems manager. Ready to:Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levelsManage and maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and regular operationsLead assessment of options for both process and system improvementsIdentify and communicate with key stakeholders, including taking charge of follow-upsLiaise between various business departments and groups (mainly finance and IT, both internal and external), representing the financial systems teamCreate, implement and present precise management plans and presentations for projects/enhancements, with attention to transparent communication at all levelsGather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metricsOur ideal candidate has:Experience working within an ERP, FP&A and consolidation systemsDegree in Accounting, Finance, MIS or related fieldAccounting knowledge / background / experienceStrong communications skills in English, both written and spokenExcellent business analysis skills to convert user needs into clear system requirementsAbility to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisionsResourcefulness and creative problem solving skillsExperience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols and making links between various systems, tools and processesProven analytical abilities and ease with Excel to make sense of large volumes of data via pivots, analysis and presentationsProactive individual with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressureDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teamsOpenness to learning and understanding new technology / systemsGood assets:Specific experience with Oracle / Hyperion environment (Oracle 11/12/Cloud, HFM, PBCS, FDM/FDMEE)Superior knowledge of ExcelCommunication skills in French, both written and spokenCAE offers:an environment where your initiatives will be acknowledged and valued;a collaborative, multidisciplinary work environment;a positive working atmosphere;remote work possibility;flex time;job stability;attractive benefits, including a competitive pension plan.With over 10,000 employees located in 35 countries, CAE is a global leader in training for the civil aviation and defence and security healthcare markets.
