Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as SSO, CMS, Virtual Chat, Service Portal, Tours, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Database, and CMDB. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow. Ensure all solutions and workflows are aligned with best practices for at least three ServiceNow modules (CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops). Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions. Stay up to date with ServiceNow technology and best practices. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals. Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements. Lead and manage ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
