We are a leader in the industry, with back-to-back Deloitte Fast 50 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 awards in 2021, 2022, and 2023.We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help us provide the highest standards of customer service in the industry!Job Purpose:The primary role of the Inside Sales Representative at LUMINOR Environmental Inc. is to enter, process, and solicit repeat orders from current accounts. As a part of the Sales and Marketing team, you will communicate daily with customers around the globe, conducting a variety of tasks. You will collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure orders are entered in a timely and accurate manner. The Inside Sales Representative generates and maintains strong relationships with current customers and provides support when needed. LUMINOR recognizes the importance of strong customer relationships and enables the team to provide the highest standards of customer service in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Enter orders accurately in an efficient and timely manner.Solicit repeat orders from current accounts.Support the outside sales team.Answer technical questions and troubleshoot problems.Build lasting and meaningful relationships with customers.Process payments and conduct clerical support surrounding invoicing and order tracking.Complete and file required documentation.Collaborate on marketing projects from time to time.Experience and Qualifications:2-4 years of inside sales, customer service, and/or marketing experience; preference given to experience in the water purification industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Post-secondary education in business or communications is an asset.Ability to receive feedback and adjust accordingly.Ability to work autonomously.Ability to work within a team.Outgoing with excellent communication skills; comfortable conversing by phone and e-mail.Strongly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Detail oriented with high levels of organization.Multilingualism is an asset.Working Conditions:Head-office positionFrequent computer use.If you're an enthusiastic Inside Sales or Customer Service Representative, we want to hear from you!
