Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in Construction engineering technology/technician Tasks: Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads Advise on tendering procedures Analyze tenders and recommend awards Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems Monitor and adjust contract expenditures Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates Certificates, Licences, Memberships, and Courses: Membership in the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 32 hours per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
