Finance Manager

The ability to thoroughly explain and sell products to benefit the customer.Maintains a high percentage level of product penetration.Working in hand with sales team and managers.Consistently hits volume and high Gross Profit targets.Educate customers on the benefits of financing / Leasing versus paying cashSell dealer financing and credit life, accident and health insuranceStrong organizational skills & detailed oriented when it comes to paperwork.Submits financing deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approvalProcess all dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions in a timely efficient matter and reviews all paperwork for correct information, taxes, and fees.Maintains a positive attitude at all times with the team.Works well in a group environment.Computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs a must.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.A detailed oriented individual.Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion.We offer: We offer a very competitive compensation & benefits package.
