The goal is to provide services to enable clients recovering from physical injuries to return to their pre-accident employment. Duties include Job Site Visits (JSVs) to determine critical job demands or complete job coaching, functional screening assessments, development and monitoring of Graduated Return to Work (GRTW) plans and provision of education on symptom management and ergonomic strategies to facilitate a durable return to work. As a clinician working on our Return-to-Work team, you play an integral role in your client’s return to the workforce and you will also communicate with physicians, WorkSafeBC board officers and other members of the client’s healthcare team to ensure a well coordinated program for your clients.
