The Manager, Business Analytics and Insights is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to assist in addressing current/future performance and results of the Company. Identify issues, areas of improvement, opportunities and provide recommendations for informed decision making.  If you are looking for an opportunity to join a thriving, dynamic organization with an entrepreneurial spirit and an action-oriented culture, this role is perfect for you.Responsibilities:   Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (internal and external) to identify issues, trends, and patterns to generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to drive revenue, growth, and change.Use various data analysis techniques to develop performance measures, metrics and KPI’s for evaluations and informed decision making.Develop models, forecasts, reports, and dashboards that provide insights into market dynamics, product placement, consumer behaviour, trends, and sales opportunities for Conair’s brands and categories.Collaborate with various business units including marketing, finance, and operations to understand business needs, initiatives, and support organizational/divisional goals.Conduct detailed analysis of e-commerce retailer results to generate actionable insights and drive incremental sales on retailer e-commerce platforms.Create professional reports and presentations for the Executive Team and internal business units, ensuring clear communication, strategic implications, and recommendations.   Contribute to the support and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, campaigns, and objectives.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide analysis and insights that are validated, relevant to business needs, and viable.  Identify and investigate opportunities to improve business processes and strategies. Support the annual and ongoing business planning process for brands, product categories and overall business.Drive and champion the adoption of a data-driven, analytical, and business insights approach to business within the organization.Conduct research and competitive analysis to understand consumer behavior and how Conair differentiates from its competitors in the market. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferredMinimum 5 years’ experience in an analyst, business intelligence, or marketing roleKnowledge of the consumer-packaged goods industry Superior analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and make evidence-based recommendations.Strong business knowledge and technical skills to advise, recommend, and convey information to the business for decision-making purposes.Strong attention to detail and an extremely high level of accuracyStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.Able to work independently and with initiative in a dynamic, team environment.Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey analytical information in a clear and concise manner.Advanced presentation and PowerPoint skills to create high level presentations, reports and summaries.
