Maintains daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual data and system maintenance tasks. Provides user support and training. Supports implementation of patches and upgrades as required. Prepares required reports and analytics.Please note this is a contract opportunity for 12-months.Please note that the position is hybrid. Office based work will be performed from the Ambler Drive office.Responsibilities
- Reviews business activities, coordinates interviews with key contributors to discover key requirements.
- Translates findings into solutions for system efficiencies, and optimization.
- Implementation configuration and code changes, approval processes and custom object implementation. Prepares briefs as required.
- Acts as a functional lead for customization, data management, requirements, analysis, and business process review, including data extraction and report writing.
- Develops, delivers, and documents user onboarding training modules for new users.
- Assists with the roll out of training with the development of training materials.
- Solicits training feedback, evaluates effectiveness and makes required improvements, communicates findings to interested parties.
- Develops, determines, tests, and communicates user best practices and incorporates them into training initiatives.
- Maintains system integrity.
- Maintains daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual data and system maintenance tasks. Ensures accurate and timely export and backup.
- Maintains communities and partner portals.
- Runs deduplication, adoption, data quality tools and utilization reports. Reviews errors and debugs logs.
- Reports findings and develops solutions.
- Provides authorized user access based on formal documentation and approvals.
- Deactivates and reassigns roles and profiles.
- Provides user support, including report writing guidance.
- Fixes data records, troubleshoots workflows, approval cycles, delegation, and escalation paths. Monitors usage, audits, and provides required reports.
- Develops, configures, and implements appropriate testing for upgrades and patches, makes course corrections as required.
- Coordinates the release of program and application upgrades and patches to users, ensuring appropriate testing, training, and approvals are obtained.
- Reads release notes, coordinates, arranges, organizes and communicates changes and schedules.
- Ensures thorough testing is completed prior to approved release prepares documentation, findings, and briefs as required.
- Contacts the vendor if issues arise.
- Provides support for 3rd party integrations as required.
- Community College – 2-year certificate or Diploma in Marketing
- Salesforce Administrator certification, Platform Developer Certification, Platform App Builder Certification required.
- 3 -4 years’ related work experience.
- Requires experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Salesforce CPQ and Marketing Cloud would be considered an asset.

Develops, implements, and monitors the effectiveness of product marketing strategies for Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC - Heat Pump, Ductless, Ducted, Residential), to achieve sales, profit, inventory and other business objectives.Reviews applicable market research, sets prices, keeps up to date on new product development.
Designs and develops high quality and secured desktop, web, mobile and cloud applications on various platforms. Identifies and resolves bugs and issues on local and productions systems. Develops Next-Gen product using cutting edge technologies and updates existing systems and integrates improvements to the products that are already deployed in the market. Keeps up to date with latest technologies, hardware and software applications, and company product and service offerings.
Provides day to day marketing and sales support for marketing teams and management teams.Coordinates and assists in the implementation of marketing plans.Manages memberships with Circana/NPD and CEMC. Analyses and generates reports findings from data received. Provides administrative support for assigned products.Safeguards the knowledge of confidential information regarding marketing plans and product development.
Processes customer orders according to detailed departmental programs for electric works and other LDS product categories. Maintains and monitors account credit/debit charges relating to customer accounts in accordance with established policies and procedures. Prepares all associated documentation including special pricing, delivery arrangements and other order processing details.
