Our client, a leading manufacturer of Premium Windows and Doors, is seeking a dynamic Vice President / General Manager to lead their Impact Windows division in Florida. Reporting to the President, this role offers a competitive executive compensation package and the opportunity to strategically shape the future of the business. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define a winning value proposition and lead initiatives to enhance the organization's capabilities and market presence, driving growth in the Impact Windows business. Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and revenue, focusing on the Florida construction market and impact windows. Performance Accountability: Oversee the overall performance of the Impact Windows division, with the goal of achieving $100-150m in revenue. Collaborative Leadership: Embrace a matrix environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork across the organization, including with dealers and retail distribution. Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading a similarly sized business to achieve growth and profitability targets (circa $50-250m). Leadership Skills: High emotional intelligence, able to build trust, and effectively lead and motivate teams. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments. Communication: Clear and compassionate communicator, able to articulate vision and strategy effectively. Additional Requirements: Industry Knowledge: Knoweldge of the Florida construction market is highly valued and Impact Windows proeferred.  Language Skills: Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required.
