The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing bills and expense reports, facilitating stakeholder communications, general administrative assistance and utilizing strong communication and clerical skills.QualificationsExecutive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skillsExperience in managing payables and expense reportsStrong communication skillsAdministrative Assistance proficiencyExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesAttention to detail and discretion in handling confidential informationProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExperience in real estate or property management is a plus
