You will ensure the validation of complex business applications and work alongside specialists to implement innovative solutions, providing timely and responsive services to enhance client satisfaction. Looking for BSA/ PM who can interact with the retail clients and do software implementation and integrations. These will mostly be ERP softwaresResponsibilities:- Provide expertise in software implementation to customers.- Contribute best practices in defining customer's business processes.- Conduct demonstrations and pilot sessions for customers.- Configure software applications to support customer processes.- Collaborate with customers to define and execute test scripts.- Monitor project progress and communicate regularly with management.- Collaborate with development teams to meet customer software solution needs.Skills:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Systems integration experience for over 5+ years- Familiarity with technologies such as Java, XML, J2EE, JSON, API is a plus.- Knowledge of Agile Development, particularly Scrum or Kanban.- Scrum Master experience is advantageous.- Retail or consumer products experience is a plus.- Bachelor's degree required.- Ability to travel as required for projects.About Randstad IT SolutionsRandstad Solutions is all about offering high-end professional services to help Canadian companies adapt to modern technological paradigms.
