Job Description: The Director of Service Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in condition monitoring technologies and a proven track record in sales leadership. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Present and demonstrate condition monitoring products and services to prospective clients and partners. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Negotiate and close high-value sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management. Job Education, Experience and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Extensive experience in sales leadership, preferably in condition monitoring or a related industry. Strong understanding of condition monitoring technologies and their applications. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel 50-75% of the time in US and Canada.
