POSITION SUMMARYAt MASS Engines we are experts at Demand Generation, using scientific methods to innovate cutting-edge approaches to attract and influence our informed buyer. The Demand Generation Manager role is responsible for driving pipeline, as well as growing awareness and consideration of our demand generation solutions. You will formulate, develop, and execute direct B2B marketing initiatives to engage our select audience of marketing leaders at mid-sized and large B2B companies. The position requires a highly creative, analytical, and passionate marketing professional.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDevise cutting-edge B2B Demand Generation campaign strategies leveraging optimal channels and experiences that drive progressive engagement with our audienceMeasure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenueEvaluate performance of campaign strategies, channels, and tactics to continually refine and improveOversee creation and delivery of content that addresses audience needs in our areas of expertiseCollaborate with leadership team on refining go-to-market approach, including customer pain points and core messaging themesCollaborate with the sales team to align efforts and ensure marketing contribution to pipeline and revenueCollaborate with Services team and clients to share effective marketing strategies and tactics, as well as to identify client successes for future content developmentAttend industry events and conferences to build relationships, grow knowledge, and promote the companyBuild strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendorsManage all marketing vendor relationships, along with spending and budgetsMonitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, allocating funds to maximize outcomesREQUIRED EXPERIENCEMinimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, communication, advertising, or related fieldAt least 1 year of B2B Demand Generation experienceStrong understanding of digital marketing, B2B demand generation and account-based marketingExperience marketing to mid-sized and large B2B companies (strong asset)Working knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Marketing Automation platforms (strong asset)Working knowledge of social media and their effective use in B2B setting (i.e. LinkedIn)EDUCATIONBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldCertificate in Digital Marketing (considered an asset)SKILLS, COMPETENCES & BEHAVIOURSKnowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketing Automation Platforms, Google and/or Adobe Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systemsWorking knowledge of B2B social media platforms such as LinkedIn and TwitterExcellent attention to detail and strong prioritization, organization, and project management skillsStrong ability to leverage and analyze data and analytics to identify trends and make marketing recommendations that align with branding and campaign improvementOutstanding team player and leader, able to create an inclusive and productive climate with all internal and external partiesExcellent written, verbal communication and presentation skillsSolid analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skillsCapable of multitasking within a fast-paced environmentIndependent, self-starter attitude with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision or direction)Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (in-person, over phone, or email)Established presentation skillsPositive attitude combined with the desire to contribute to the success of MASS EnginesAlignment and commitment to demonstrating MASS’ core values of Growth Mindset, Commitment, Challengers, Integrity, and TeamworkWORKING CONDITIONSProfessional office environmentUsing a computer keyboard, monitor and mouse for extended periods of timeTravel within Canada and USA may be required for events and customer meetings: 10%
