Hybrid role in Oshawa, Ontario.Data Coordinator whose main function of a data coordinator is to operate data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data. A typical data coordinator is responsible for accurate information documentation and personal project management. Technical skills include documentation skills and time management. Home Office Letter development and approval, to ensure clarity and compliance.Ad hoc Dealer Organization & Network Planning presentations and training sessions.Data analytics in the areas of Market Areas, Dealer Performance and Export vehicles.Manage Network Planning budget.In office 3 days a week (M, T, W traditionally, flexible), 2 days at home.M-F, Core hours 8:30pm - 4:35pm. Role Summary:Individual is responsible for supporting the Dealer Network Planning team with the goal of achieving a world class dealer network, with the right number of sustainable dealers in the right locations that appropriately represent client brands in the marketplace.Individual supports the development and completion of Dealer Network studies, acts as liaison with outside suppliers as well as the Regional Field Staff. In addition, this individual supports the Dealer Performance Improvement Program (DPIP) and has responsibility for coordination and maintenance of various tools for Dealer Network Planning and Market Analysis.This position also provides adhoc analyses and presents this material to Senior Management during Dealer Network reviews. Job Responsibilities:Dealer Network PlanningWork with mapping tools, registration data and other resources to ensure client Dealer Network is in place at best possible locations.Support Dealer Sales and Service Agreement (DSSA) processes, including identification and analysis ofDealer performance issues.Ensure timely creation of Market Area contractual maps for entire network in an accurate and timely manner.Develop and maintain reporting tools, both for the Field and the Dealer Network, delivered through the S&P website.This includes Dealer Retail Effectiveness Reporting, a primary measure of Market Area effectiveness.Support regional field staff when questions arise concerning registration reporting (including S&P report suite) and Market Area boundaries.Management of Dealer EV Readiness tracking SharePoint site.Perform special studies, training sessions and presentations as required.Dealer Retail Effectiveness Report (DRER) / Dealer Performance Improvement Process (DPIP)Provide cross-functional sales performance insights using a variety of tools, such as the Decision Support Environment, Power BI and S&P applications and datasets, enhancing organizational decision-making.Develop and optimize reporting tools for both field operations and the dealer network, including the Dealer Retail Effectiveness Reporting, a primary measure of Market Area sales effectiveness.Effectively and accurately manage the DRER year-end execution, which includes collaboration with S&P forecasting KPIs and ensuring the project is executed accurately and on time.Execution of Dealer Performance Improvement Process via collaboration with the regions.Follow up with regions to receive regular progress reports.Track results at Dealer, Regional and National level.Support Dealers and field staff when questions arise concerning DPIP and DRER program elements.Develop strategic recommendations for DRER and DPIP.Dealer Organization and Business Management. Specific Responsibilities of this Position:Assist in updating client systems including GMDID and SLAP as required.Assist in recontacting activities with the client dealer body.This may include filing, written communications to field staff and detailed tracking,Monthly financial report production in a timely matter with significant attention to detailDevelop enhancements to the financial reporting process to simplify and with additional attention to accuracy.Coordinate with regional staff to validate dealer records and correct as necessary.Other duties as required . Qualifications:Required Skills and Experience:University Degree and/or equivalent experienceMin. 3 years automotive experience with a functional knowledge of client’s Dealer NetworkStrong communication skills (written and oral) and presentation skillsAbility to use and interpret data from the Client DSEStrong interpersonal skills and able to work with various stakeholder groupsHigh degree of professionalism and integrityHighly developed time management & prioritization skillsHigh level of analytical, creative & problem-solving abilitiesMicrosoft Office Suite expertise including but not limited to Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Preferred Skills and Experience:Client or other OEM Field / Sales experience.Experience liaising with client legal staff.Motivation and desire to drive client’s EV strategy.
