Manager, Advisory Services (Bilingual)

You’ll help FCC Advisory “bridge the gap” by providing greater access to expertise, people, products and services. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages. What you’ll do: Leverage your strategic leadership skill to determine and implement FCC’s national and regional approach to advisory Coach and manage internal / external advisors and partners Ensure strong services levels, KPIs and checks-and-balances are in place Design / manage workflows with ongoing process improvements Champion advisory internally Grow and develop partnership externally Achieve scaling targets for engagements Coach and support advisors in delivering high-value advisory meetings with customers What we’re looking for: Confident communicator with strong analytical skills Ability to connect and build business relationships Innovative self-starter who embraces change and enjoys helping others reach their goals Organizational pro who can manage multiple priorities What you’ll need: Undergraduate degree in business or commerce and 6-8 years experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which includes experience in a leadership position.
