As a profitable and rapidly growing business backed by tier one venture capital investors, we are seeking to scale our high performing team.As a Lifecycle Lead, you will oversee our company’s interactions with our rapidly growing user base. This is the perfect role for a data-driven marker who revels in the opportunity to build the perfect system from the ground up. You’ll prioritize the user to create compelling email journeys that improve their experience with our team and product. You’ll build campaign performance dashboards and use the findings from these dashboards to develop ideas for building new systems and campaigns to help increase transaction volume.As one of the first hires on the marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to forge your own journey as Hiive continues to grow.In this role, your responsibilities would include:Owning the campaign calendar for mass communications across the companyIdeating, building, launching, and optimizing always-on campaigns to improve conversion rateBuild detailed segments across our three core audiencesMeasure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and exec leadershipLeverage and partner with Product to own marketing automation tools and related technology integrations to increase demand.Build a feedback loop with our analytics and capital markets team to improve campaign performanceRequired Skills:5+ years of experience of lifecycle and/or email marketingStrong analytical skills with the ability to predict future performancePrior experience in a high-growth environmentA willingness to take action and move fastDeep experience using Customer.io, Iterable, Braze or a similar platformFluency in CRMs, specifically SFDCExcitement about the mission of Hiive and the future we’re creatingPreferred Skills:Experience in fintech or marketplaces or highly regulated industries a plusAbility to write SQL queries to pull insights from our data warehouseExperience launching campaigns on SMS, Linkedin Paid Messaging, Banners, and Web notificationsHiive is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals have an opportunity to succeed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
