Parisella, Vincelli Associates Consulting Group (PVA) is made up of a dedicated and passionate group of professionals from a variety of professional disciplines. Our mandate is to improve our Client’s operational and financial performance through an integrated approach that includes:
Installation of a Management Operating System (MOS) in production, maintenance and warehouse
A Performance Management System built-in to the Operating Model
Continuous improvement processes built-in to the Operating Model
Extensive coaching, development and organizational alignment at all levels—from the executive management team to on-the-floor

We are currently seeking a highly driven Director Business Development (DBD) to add to our growing team. The high-level role and responsibilities of the DBD position are:
Secure introductory meetings with C-Level executives at major North American corporations
Work in close partnership with the Senior Vice-President of Business Development (VPBD)
Manage the VPBD’s calendar
Update and maintain databases for your assigned scope
Conduct research on existing and new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience setting meetings with executives of large companies
Expertise in prospecting, cold calling and qualifying leads
Strong communication and closing skills
Experienced with sales databases
Tenacious and able to overcome obstacles while establishing contacts with C-Level executives
Highly responsible and accountable
Very coachable
Self-motivated and results oriented
Well organized and manages time efficiently
