You’ll also get to thrive in a culture that values professional growth and personal happiness, while rewarding entrepreneurial spirit.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible to support one of our key clients, specifically the Manager, Retailer Systems, on activities related to CRM and DMS systems, including but not limited to:Participate/lead in Vendor weekly status meetings and testing meetings.Documenting new interface requirements with input from the appropriate business department and ensure they are aware of the documentation and data.Create and document the roadmap estimation, project status and deliverables, certification checklist, Go-Live strategies etc. on confluence.Communicating documentation and requirements to Vendors on addition of new interfaces or changes to existing interfaces.Test case building, obtain sign-off from the business.Conduct UAT testing in coordination/partnership with appropriate business units.Ensure that all the tests are passed without any schema validation errors.Document results and coordinate with Vendor if issues are identified.Align with DevOps IT team to ensure any changes required to the IIB Hub Interface are completed in line with Vendor timelines.Oversee any Vendor pilot processes.Assist with Retailer escalations and/or trouble-shooting by verifying the payloads sent and received between our client and Vendors.Act as liaison between pilot and Vendor to address/escalate any issues found during pilot. Escalate as necessary to Manager, Retailer Systems.Lead the go-live process with vendors for new installations with BMW Canada retailers.Monitor and assist with any production issues found with existing interfaces after the go-Live process.Project manage any new interfaces or new Vendors.Annual regression testing of interfaces/Vendors.Qualifications & Skills4+ years’ experience managing a variety of digital projects; site builds, eCommerce, B2B application development, microsites, and maintenance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French and/or German are an asset).Experience working with production tools and other development software (i.e JIRA or similar).Experience in managing project tasks and teams from start-to-finish, while liaising with technical team members, partners, and suppliers.Our Company and Culture.Over the past 15 years, we’ve worked with some of the world’s most recognized brands, and those aspiring to be one, in sectors including automotive, retail, health, and financial.
