Duties and responsibilities
? Work closely with our IT team to support our employees
? Strong computer and web based problem solving skills
? Troubleshoot Microsoft Applications and Windows Operating gSystems (Windows 7-10, Windows Server 2012)
? Able to work independently and in a team environment
? Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize workload
? Be on call for any immediate needs
? Manage inventory of hardware and software
Job Requirements
? A minimum of 1 year of technical customer service preferred
? Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
? Experience with help desk ticketing systems and RMS (Zenhub, trello)
