Responsibilities:Qualifications:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of individuals and families, taking into account diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Provide counseling and therapy to clients dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate mental health perspectives into holistic patient care plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address the unique needs of each client, fostering a supportive and healing environment.
- Offer crisis intervention and support, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Advocate for clients to ensure access to mental health resources, support services, and community-based programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and interventions in accordance with organizational policies.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in counseling and therapy, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health care.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in mental health practice.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
