Role

As our Tech Lead, you will guide a team of engineers through our various projects, maintaining the balance between creative and technical perspectives. You will help design, develop, and implement innovative tech solutions, aligning them with our overall business strategy.

Chrono Innovation is looking for a Tech Lead to:

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure high-quality development.
  • Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including product managers, UX designers, and other teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and problem-solving within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in software development.
  • Anticipate and address technical issues and risks, creating strategies to navigate and mitigate them.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating strong technical leadership.
  • Proficiency in various programming languages and tech stacks (please specify the ones relevant to your company).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
