About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor - Presales with a strong background in HR systems integration to join our dynamic team and support our sales efforts by providing deep technical expertise in system integration, cloud technologies, security, data privacy, and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging the gap between technical requirements and business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with sales teams, customers, and technical specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to the client’s needs. What you’ll get to do Work with clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements. Design and propose customized solutions using system integration, cloud technology, and enterprise architecture principles. Develop and present technical architectures, frameworks, and implementation strategies that meet business and security goals. Collaborate with the sales team to support technical discussions during the sales cycle. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts to illustrate the value of proposed solutions. Provide subject matter expertise during RFP/RFI processes, helping craft responses that align with customer expectations. Technical Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, offering guidance on best practices in system integration, cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), security protocols, and data privacy compliance. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data privacy regulations. Recommend optimizations for clients' existing infrastructure to improve performance, scalability, and security. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, engineering, delivery) to ensure alignment between customer needs and technical capabilities. Provide feedback to product teams regarding customer requirements and emerging trends to influence product roadmaps. Advise clients on data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and design solutions that ensure compliance. Ensure proposed solutions adhere to security best practices and relevant regulatory standards, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and vulnerability management. Provide subject matter expertise during Security Assessment processes. Skills and experience we value Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 10+ years of technical experience in system integration, cloud architecture, security, and enterprise IT environments. Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably within a HCM or enterprise setting. Deep expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and system integration tools (APIs, middleware, microservices). Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and security concepts (firewalls, encryption, identity management). Hands-on experience with data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC 2). Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions. What would make you really stand out Relevant certifications in HR systems (e.g., Workday Integration Specialist, SAP SuccessFactors Certification). Familiarity with modern integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.). Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP). Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD tools. Moderate to extensive travel required: 20-50%. French or Spanish bilingual.
