Job Description: As a Line Cook at The Boondocks Eatery, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals according to our recipes and standards. Your duties will include cooking and preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring that food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work station Assist with inventory and stocking of supplies Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are adhered to Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent dining experiences
Requirements: Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Must have own transportation as there are no bus routes to the restaurant Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
