Procurement Consultant

About the Opportunity Act as an internal subject matter expert as it relates to indirect procurement prioritizing optimization of spend, strategic negotiations and vendor relationship development. Strong practical experience in establishing/improving Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and enablement into ERP or eProcurement tools (Workday, ServiceNow, ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, fieldglass etc…). Good understanding of P2P process fundamentals including spend analysis, order intake, contract drafting, spend channel development, PR/PO compliance, invoice automation and operationalization of end-to-end services. Experience optimizing P2P data with ability to scrub and cleanse large datasets in excel (data hierarchies, pivot tables, Vlookups, prototype dashboards). Familiarity creating knowledge databases (process mapping, written instructions, videos) and deliver training to end users. Manage a portfolio of new/existing vendors including qualification, risk assessment, relationship management, KPIs and negotiation of commercial terms and conditions. Good communication and presentation skills, comfortable listening, interacting and supporting a large number of business partners. About You 3 years experience in procurement and vendor management Consulting or BPM, background with one implementation of procurement tools.
