They are looking for a Manager, Financial Analysis and Reporting to join their team!Why Work HereFlexible culture with a hybrid work scheduleProgressive environment with strong wellness resources, and active involvement in the communityOpportunity for learning, career development, and progressionAbout the OpportunityReview and update monthly financial package for reporting to stakeholders, including commentary on financial performance for the periodSpearhead preparation of annual management reports for partners’ compensationMaintain financial reporting datasets, creating new queries (using SQL) where necessaryBuild, monitor, and report on client budgets and fee arrangements, including on-demand variance analysis of budget-to-actual amountsSupport fixed pricing initiatives by analyzing historical data and file staffing structures, and provide recommendations on pricing revisionsIn collaboration with department heads, assist with the preparation of the firm’s annual operating budget, including GL categorization and variance analysisIn collaboration with the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance, complete year-end duties including liaising with the firm’s external auditorsIn partnership with the Accounting Manager, manage collections and cash reportingAssist the Director of Finance with duties such as insurance policy renewal, pricing initiatives, and other business analytics supportProvide support in the implementation of the firm’s new practice management software; assist with testing and data validation, financial applications training, and other activities as requiredMonitor the financial and management reporting systems and procedures for identification of process improvementsAbout YouCPA is preferredMore than 5 years of experience in advanced financial analysis, planning and/or budgeting requiredExceptional ability to work with financial reporting and visualization tools, particularly Power BIAdvanced working knowledge of Excel; experience with SQL and MS Access an assetSalary Range$110,000 - $130,000/yearHow to ApplyClick the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
