Set to open in 2024 is our new multi-use event facility. This 30,000+ sq ft building will house our Restaurant & Lounge, Private Dining Room, Banquet Centre, Retail Shop, and a state of the art 2 stall Simulator Lounge powered by Foresight technology. The Rise Golf Course is looking for an Assistant / Associate Professional to join our team for 2024.
The successful candidate must be a responsible and motivated individual with leadership skills who works well on their own and within a team environment. Set to open in 2024 is our new multi-use event facility. This 30,000+ sq ft building will house our Restaurant & Lounge, Private Dining Room, Banquet Centre, Retail Shop, and a state of the art 2 stall Simulator Lounge powered by Foresight technology. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Assist Head Professional with all golf operations.
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests.
- Supervise day-to-day golf shop, guest services and first tee staff & assist with training, coaching of staff.
- Assist with Retail Sales, Product Knowledge & Merchandising
- Tee sheet management – Lightspeed Golf & Retail
- Run our weekly Men’s Night and Skins events
- Assist in inventory entry, conduct monthly inventory checks and special orders.
- Assisting in event operations for private and club events.
Qualifications:
- Must be a member in good standing in the PGA of Canada
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Able to lead and demonstrate professionalism,
- Dedicated to personal & professional improvement & growth. Professional Development Program (PDP)
- Desire and drive to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Monthly Salary $3,800 - $4,300 / month from March 25th to November 1st! (based upon experience)
- Lesson Revenue Opportunities – Simulator Lounge access – Retain 80% of lesson revenue.
- Potential Winter work – Simulator Lounge & teaching
- PGA Dues Paid for 2024 – Based on returning for the 2025 season.
