Our Client is a leading engineering consultancy, offering engineering design and project management services on large scale projects. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1-2 years Building Services Consultancy Design experience and will be competent in the design and specification of mechanical building services in a variety of industry and project types, sizes, and complexity. Job Requirements

1. Minimum Degree qualification in Mechanical Design Engineering
2. Proficient user of the following:
   • Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
   • Autodesk Applications (AutoCAD/Design Review)
3. Mechanical Building Services Design and BIM experience a strong advantage
4. Competent in the design and specification of electrical building services in a variety of industry and project types, sizes, and complexity
5. Experience and involvement in detailed designs through the full design cycle
6. Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
7. Minimum of 1-2 years of Mechanical Building Services Consultancy Design experience
8. Commercial sector knowledge/experience a strong advantage
9. Knowledge of MEP, including HVAC and Public Health services design and communal plant heating systems advantageous
10. Knowledge and experience in the following Mechanical design areas: Water Services, Natural Gas, Heating /LTHW, HVAC, Fuel, above-ground drainage and BMS
11. Understanding of specific building services design tools, such as IES
12. Project management, problem-solving, presentation, communication, and IT skills are essential
