Job Title: Reporting and Analytics ConsultantJob ID: MK79148815Overview:This role will support the company program and Contract Management Team with reporting and analytical business requirements. The consultant will provide support for reporting and analytical business requirements for the team. The manager is looking for an experienced Reporting professional with strong skills in Excel and Tableau to pull source data from different locations and gather reporting requirements from the business, create reports, and presentations.Responsibilities:Assess data needs and prepare data sets for various dashboards and analytics reports.Develop reports and analytics tools in Tableau.Prepare data, develop reports, perform analytics, and deliver reporting services to support business needs.Lead development of analytics projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to clarify reporting and analytics requirements and ensure delivery meets requirements.Provide technical advice and guidance to stakeholders on reporting and analytics solutions.Qualifications and Experience:Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.; open to other disciplines as well.A minimum of 8 years relevant work experience, which must include demonstrated analytic capabilities, and intermediate Tableau experience (i.e., building your own reports & data visualization, not just end user of Tableau).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Slicers, Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).Introductory statistics and experience with reporting tools and development of data visualizations.Advanced knowledge and experience in developing data models, visualization, and data management.Demonstrated data analytics capabilities and experience using AFO and the Business Warehouse.Experience using SAP, Business Warehouse, SAS, SharePoint, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.Demonstrated presentation and communication capabilities.Good written and verbal communication skills.Term: Initial 1-year contract, good likelihood of extension based on workload and performance.This role requires regular or occasional attendance at the company's workplace(s) and will be subject to the company's Contractor Vaccination Policy. This policy requires all contractor resources to be fully vaccinated by January 10, 2022, or prior to the work assignment start date, whichever date is later.
