Our well-established client in Moncton has partnered with Kelly Services to recruit for a Administrative Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity gain valuable experience while working for a dynamic organization.As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for the review, co-ordination, preparation and submission of tenders and proposals in a timely manner, which are responsive to client compliance requirements. The position will also include providing administrative support to their safety program.Duties and Responsibilities:Logging and scheduling of all incoming Pre-Qualification requests, Request for Quotation (RFQs) and Invitation to Tender (ITTs).Review and co-ordination of response to ITTs.Assisting in requesting subcontractor pricing and material suppliers during the tendering process.Ensure that Instructions to Tenderer as specified in the enquiry are followed.Collating the tendering documents, whether electronically or paper copies, in a presentable manner for client.The preparation/review of the tender document, including sense checking and proof reading as required.Co-ordinate response to clarification activities.Issue regular reports on tender status as required.Ordering of bonds and insuranceAdministrative support to existing contracts with respect to document control and distribution, preparing and updating schedules, electronic quantity trackingQualificationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure with tight deadlinesExcellent written and oral communication skills (bilingual in French/English is an asset)Have a strong interest in fast-paced, challenging work environments where showing initiative and self-motivation are assetsSelf-starter, willing to learn, able to work independentlyStrong knowledge with Microsoft Office programs and DropBoxDiploma in business or administrative course an assetWhat's In It For You!Weekly pay chequePay salary range of 45K-55K depending on experience with vacation and benefitsWhy Kelly®?As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow and achieve your potential.
