Acounts Receivable Clerk

Accountivity is hiring! Our client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk Location: Peel Region , ON Length of Assignment: Temporary to Permanent Salary: $-/hr Job Description: Ensure accuracy of customer invoices Follow up with carriers to arrange PODs for Canadian customers Manage customer statement once a month via aging report Resolve any discrepancies with customers Complete collection calls and follow ups Apply payment remittances (EFT, wire) Weekly review of aging report with CFO Prepare daily bank deposits Complete vendor files by filing BOLs and PODs in related load file Any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: + years experience full-cycle AR QuickBooks and Tailwind experience is an ASSET Advanced Excel skills Previous work experience in the Logistics industry is an ASSET Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Great team player Attention to detail Highly organized If you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
