Service365 is a Field Service Management software designed to empower trades business owners (i.e., Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and more…) by streamlining and automating various aspects of their business operations. Our platform ensures that day-to-day activities are seamlessly managed, allowing owners to focus on business growth while keeping crucial information at their fingertips. As the Field Service Management software market continues to expand, we are excited to welcome a seasoned sales professional to build our sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Conduct lead generation through phone, email, Teams and in person meetings and host discovery calls with potential customers to understand their challenges and business priorities.Product Demonstrations: Showcase the features and benefits of our software to prospective clients.Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the sales pipeline, moving prospects through the sales process towards closing.Market Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the marketing team to enhance lead quality and drive continuous improvement.Prospect Engagement: Reach out to warm leads, nurturing relationships, and driving engagement.Sales Objectives: Consistently meet or exceed designated sales targets.Sales Materials Preparation: Develop presentations and sales materials tailored to client needs.Reporting: Regularly update management through daily call reports and weekly progress reviews.Product Development Collaboration: Collaborate with the product team, offering insights from customer feedback to influence future product releases and features.Qualifications and SkillsExperience: 5+ years of sales experience; SaaS industry experience is highly desirable. Experience in the Field Service (i.e. Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.) sector is a plus.Education: Formal education is a plus, but a passion for sales and a hunger to learn are essential.Leadership: Prior experience leading and growing a sales team is highly desirable.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.Personality: Energetic, vibrant, and outgoing personality that resonates with clients.Tech Savvy: Passionate about software and technology, with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.Strategic Thinking: Strong organizational skills with a strategic approach to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.Independence: Ability to work independently and take initiative.Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to learning new software.Compensation and BenefitsSalary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year + Commission (Uncapped)Potential Earnings = $155,000+Benefits: Paid time off, Work-from-home opportunitiesAdditional Benefits:Eligible for benefits after 3 months.Dental and extended health careLife insuranceAdditional RequirementsCommute: Must reliably commute to Mount Nemo, Burlington, ON, as we are not accessible by public transit.License: A valid driver’s license is required.Language: Proficiency in English is required.If you’re passionate about technology and interested in joining a well-backed startup in a thriving industry, with limitless earning potential, we encourage you to apply and join the Service365 team.
