As a Consulting Partner, you'll have the autonomy to carve out your own path, much like a start-up CEO.Job duties/accountabilitiesEnterprise Application Architecture Leadership: Lead the architectural design and implementation of a large-scale enterprise application using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS D365).Integration Strategy: Develop and oversee integration strategies for seamless connectivity between MS D365 and a diverse array of internal and external applications.Data Management, Migration and Architecture: Design and manage the architecture for handling massive data volumes, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.GIS system implementation - Some GIS experience as the integration is with ArcGIS systems Technical Guidance and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the development and implementation teams.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and IT teams, to align architectural solutions with business objectives.Technology Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize the application architecture. (SP - They are still evaluating alarm monitoring tools . So, they expect a lead architect to participate and lead that discussion) Compliance and Security: Ensure architectural designs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring the application architecture supports scalability and high availability.Project Planning and Execution: Contribute to project planning, estimation, and execution, ensuring alignment with the overall architectural vision."Tech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
