Roles and Responsibilities • Development of Staffing or Resourcing Strategies; • Development of Statement of Merit Criteria; • Development of Assessment Tools and Rating Guides while applying the TBS Key Leadership • Competency profiles when applicable. • Conducting the screening of applications; • Marking of exams; • Participation in interviews; • Conducting reference checks; • Leading informal discussions; • Documenting assessment results Qualifications and Skills University (PhD, Graduate, Undergraduate, degree) Secret clearance ability to travel onsite for meetings
