Warehouse Technician - Eurofins CDMO Alphora, Inc.

Job Description The Warehouse Technician role supports Eurofins CDMO Alphora’s cGMP manufacturing facilities. The Warehouse Technician role is accountable to the Team Leader, Warehouse for the control of materials within Eurofins CDMO Alphora’s cGMP warehouse including raw materials, intermediates, finished products and waste streams. This role requires material receipt and sampling, inventory management, including consumables, and coordinating the transfer of material and equipment between Eurofins CDMO Alphora’s manufacturing facilities. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow Environmental, Health and Safety rules/regulations and report any workplace incidents, injuries or accidents immediately. Adhere to policies and guidelines set out in the Alphora Employee Handbook. Work harmoniously with all fellow employees Support the production schedule while working closely with key stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Operations, Technology Transfer, Quality Control and Quality Assurance Receipt, Quarantining and Sampling of cGMP raw materials Staging of raw materials for cGMP Operations Identifying, organizing, and segregating hazardous chemical wastes according to the appropriate waste class Submission of raw material samples to Quality Control Shipping of material(s) and equipment via courier between sites Support Supply Chain during the shipment of all materials (e.g. final products) as required by Clients Cleaning and housekeeping of the Warehouse and Sampling facilities Adherence to all relevant EHSPs, GLI’s, GAP’s and SOP’s Interact with clients as required. Interact with cGMP auditors or various agencies (e.g. FDA) as required. Actively support monthly inventory cycle counts and year end counts Qualifications The ideal candidate will: Have a minimum of a College Diploma or Degree Have experience working in a cGMP environment Have experience working with an Inventory Management System (i.e., Ross ERP) Have experience with shipments, domestic and international Have proficient written and verbal skills Be capable of multi-tasking and performing duties with limited supervision Have good interpersonal skills Have good time management skills Have good documentation skills Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing warehouse with experience in a cGMP warehouse preferred Additional Information At Eurofins we offer excellent full-time benefits including health & dental coverage, life and disability insurance, RRSP with 3% company match, paid holidays, paid time off.
