About the Job As a Project Director, you will: Lead a variety of Institutional and Commercial Construction Projects in the Kelowna Area Work alongside passionate builders who have a strong desire to win and deliver profitable, on-time projects Experience a culture built on grit and the desire to win Engage with a team where success is in the hearts and minds of everyone working at this 100% employee-owned GC About You You’re a proven Sr. PM or Project Director ready to drive success in your own book of business within a leading national contractor. You: Have experience in leading commercial construction projects valued from $1m to $30m+ Possess superior ability in team-building, delegation, planning, and communicating with internal and external partners Job Details This is a permanent, full-time position based in Kelowna.
