This individual will develop sales and account plans within their assigned accounts, identify new accounts, and assist in the development and launch of new products to ensure the ongoing success and growth of the organization.You Will Have The Opportunity To:Achieve individual and overall organization sales targets, ensuring deliverability of programs to meet customer objectives and expectationsDirectly manage key accounts to drive growth and cultivate lasting relationshipsDevelop account plans and selling strategies to ensure long-term growthImplement strategies to drive renewal business as well as new business with our existing customer baseIdentify new clients across industry segments including OTC, BTC, and Rx pharmaceutical organizations, medical institutions, health organizations, medical societies, and the public health sectorAccountable for client relationships including pharma, KOLs, medical societies, and key healthcare organizations to drive sales solutionsReport progress, success, and return on investment to clients throughout the account lifecycleProvide regular reporting and tracking of personal sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM (customer relationship management) in relation to company sales targets and KPIsWork remotely with some travel required for client and company meetings within the Greater Toronto areaWhat You Will Bring:The role requires an individual with strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), with a proven track record of direct sales achievements and results. The ability to understand client objectives and translate them into proposed tactics is critical to success, as is strategic foresight and the ability to identify growth opportunities for additional business.
