Position Title: IT Project Manager - Senior Line of Business: Enterprise Technology PMO - Enterprise Technology (ET) provides project management, technology solutions and support, and compliance and governance services. Our work is essential in ensuring operational excellence, enhancing efficiencies, and positioning several key banking business units for transformation and success. Target Start Date: Contract Duration: 12 months Extension/FTE: potential for extension, potential for conversion to FTE Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid model - in office once a week + 1 Friday per month OT: no Location Address: 81 Bay 28th Floor Projects: - GOW portfolio (Global Operations Workbench). Project is in early stages. Will be managing a multi-million dollar project. Responsibilities: • Project Management - Outline project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs. Help create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team, and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project plan. • Collaboration - Help internal partners make informed decisions about the development of programs, products, and services. Coach and mentor your teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary. • Project Coordination - Proactively identify anything that will take projects off schedule and find solutions to correct the problem. Monitor milestones, and ensure they’re completed according to timelines and budgets. Execute a project plan that is personalized for your team’s preferred mix of budget, time, and risk. • Project Financials - Manage financials of your assigned projects effectively in accordance with the policies and procedures of the LOB. Report and explain monthly variances as per prescribed guidelines. Must haves: 1. 5-7 years of previous PM experience 2. PMP certification 3. MS Project and office experience 4. Hands on experience with project financials 5. Previous experience working on large projects (5 million +) Nice to have: • EDF - Enterprise Delivery Framework exposure Education and Certifications: PMP Apply
