Who We Are: Role: Operations Administrator What You Will Do: Coordinates and organizes activities, meetings and events that occur within the office or facility. Maintains records, tracks location or fleet analytics, creates presentations.  Completes general administrative support to Operations team – mail, data entry, travel bookings, filing, meeting support. Provides strong professional customer service to assist in to resolving colleague questions or concerns. Answering telephone inquiries from internal and external customers. Maintains a high level of confidentiality. Manages all documentation and systems involved in the Payroll Process daily. Review various reports and compare against payroll for accuracy. Ensure hours are coded properly to General Ledger.  Act as a Liaison for colleagues’ issues; assist with solutions or direct to CIC, HR etc. Complete New Hire & Termination Processes (paperwork, system set up, assist with e-paystub, ID). Implement changes to processes as per Company and Legislative requirements. Enter and track vacation entitlements and schedules.  Compile and maintain reports as required (overtime, banked time, etc.) What You Will Need: Completion of an office administration education program would be an asset. Previous administrative experience would be preferred.  Previous payroll exposure would be preferred. Strong attention to detail is necessary. Computer system experience (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook). Exceptional organization skills would be an asset.
