Bridgewater specializes in High-End Residential, Multi-Family, and Commercial developments and is known for its superior quality and professionalism.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Ceramic Tile and Flooring Installation Superintendent at Bridgewater Tile Ltd. The superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of ceramic tile and flooring installations. This includes coordinating and supervising the work of tile setters, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects, and maintaining a safe working environment. The superintendent will also collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsCandidate should possess expertise in Ceramic, Hardwood, and Flooring installation.Experience in managing and supervising tile setting and flooring installation projects.Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Experience in High-End Residential, Multi-Family, or Commercial developments is a plus.Any relevant certifications or training in tile and flooring installation would be beneficial.
