The team is focused on delivering investment guidance and services tailored to high-net-worth individuals and families. The ideal candidate has a similar client-first philosophy and works well in a team environment. WHAT YOU’LL DOYou will provide comprehensive support to Investment Advisors. You have a strong client service orientation, are proactive and engaged, take pride in your work and have a proven history of building relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term fit in a client-facing Investment Associate role.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide proactive advice and support to our clients and the Investment Advisors throughout the wealth management processHelp deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firmIdentify new opportunities and help grow the business by supporting the advisory team with new client acquisitionEnter trades including managing large scale, spreadsheet-based trade facilitationSupport with portfolio rebalancing, being mindful of client objectives, risk tolerance and tax consequencesOrganize client meetings and reviews by determining agenda and key topics, prepare documentation, execute post-meeting work and attend client meetings when requiredRespond to client account inquiries and take ownership of follow-upsIdentify opportunities for asset consolidation and referrals across the existing client baseConduct ongoing research on markets and investments and provide regular updates to the advisory teamSupport both the advisory team and clients throughout the wealth management processCoordinate activities with internal wealth management specialists, manage documentation, track progress and follow upProvide administrative support when necessaryKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEMinimum of 5 years of experience within the investment industry Registered in good standing as a Registered Representative with CIROIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skillsA team player with a clear vision of what is required to be part of a high-performing teamStrong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDetail oriented, delivering high quality workDisciplined, driven and operates with a high level of accountabilityWHAT WE OFFERA culture of openness, collaboration and respect is foundational to our firm.
