Product Manager: Network Servers

Responsibilities : 1. Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for the server product line, aligning with the overall company objectives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends and opportunities. 2. Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to define and prioritize features, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and innovative server solutions. 3. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging and sales collateral. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with customer support to address product-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience. 5. Performance Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance against these metrics. Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize product features and user experience. 6. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring product sustainability and relevance in the market. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience (X years) in product management, preferably with a focus on server products or related technologies. Strong technical background with a deep understanding of server architecture, hardware, and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
