Job Title: Program Manager with Banking / Finance BackgroundSkills: Program Management, Budget Planning, Risk managementExperience: 12+ yearsLocation: Markham ON (Hybrid – 3 Days per week)Duration: Fulltime or ContractWe at Coforge are hiring a Program Manager with the following skillset:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Project management certification (e.g., PMP) an asset.Experience as a Project Manager with at least 8 years managing projects with large budgets and complex solutions.Excellent leadership, communication, management, and interpersonal skills.Ability to run effective project meetings, workshops, and other forums as needed.Ability to work with stakeholders at different levels, including executives.Ability to work with and coordinate cross-functional teams, including vendor partners.Ability to support, influence, and negotiate project decisions through priority.Insurance background an asset but not mandatory.Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex scenarios.Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Teams, and SharePoint.Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
