Join EllisDon! we work in, and our latest .  You as Project Manager, Building Systems will: Collect and analyze gathered data to determine business problems and opportunities and work with stakeholders, consultants and subject matter experts to identify technology solutions. Project manage the design, procurement, implementation and commissioning of building systems including but not limited to: Building Automation, Structured cabling, Converged networks, Digital Lighting, Access Control, CCTV, Intercoms, Power Metering, Audio/Video and Elevators. Lead integration activities of building systems over open protocols (BACNET, MODBUS, HTML5) including but not limited to: Nurse Call, RTLS, Building Automation, Digital Lighting, Access Control, CCTV, Intercoms, Power Metering, Audio/Video and Elevators. Manage projects across the entire project lifecycle including requirements analysis, financial planning including cost projections, budgets, and change orders, product specifications, project planning, procurement decisions, implementation, integration, quality assurance, training and deployment. Is this role right for you? Have 5-10 years of relevant work experience  Detailed knowledge of building systems integration and enterprise infrastructure in corporate and Healthcare and Commercial environments Experience on P3 (Public Private Partnership) projects and/or hospital experience would be an advantage Experience in construction is an asset
