Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team. The Team Member will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating various stations within the restaurant, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties - Perform cashiering duties efficiently and accurately - Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales - Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively - Assist in kitchen operations as needed - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas - Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines - Utilize basic math skills for transactions and inventory management - Provide outstanding customer service at all times Qualifications - Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the restaurant - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
