Accounts Payable\/Receivable Specialist

Job Title: Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist Job ID: 61548 Location: Surrey, British Columbia Overview: General Business AR/AP/PAY ROLL

• Assist management with project costing as required
• AR requirements
• AP requirements
• Intercompany Transactions
• Produce reports and excels for cash flow
• Work collaboratively with accounting team
• Assist management with ad hoc data downloads, trend charts etc. as required to enable data-driven business decisions
• Monitor internal controls of the company and recommend proactive changes
• Coordinate company business with outside audit firms(s), banks and lessors, casualty/liability insurance agent(s), credit card companies, and collection agencies
• Make recommendations to the management team to promote efficiency and manage financial responsibility in an ethical manner
• Assist with ERP system implementations (Axon)
• Special projects as required, within and beyond the scope of development and property acquisitions.
• Experience with ERP, QuickBooks

• Imaging -Scanning; maintain proper scanning and sorting of files electronically and paper filing
• Ensure all invoices are emailed, mailed and uploaded to applicable software(s)
• Daily Axon and Quickbooks responsibilities
• Monitoring Logistics Billing
• Monitoring Dispatch Billing
• Email Logistics Department for tracking POD's
• Email Dispatch Department for tracking POD's
• Answer phones, communicate with customers, maintain emails
• Filing Invoices weekly, closing off quarterly files and produced reports
